Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers, maintain existing ones, and recommend new products to customers
2. Handling daily orders, including promptly understanding customer needs, quotation, and order acceptance;
3. Communicate promptly with the quality control and documentation departments to ensure smooth shipment
4. Promptly collect payments from customers
5. Follow up on customer complaints raised by clients
Job Requirements: 1. Associate degree or higher, major in International Trade or STEM fields, with over 2 years of experience in the same position
1. Familiar with tool products, electronic products, etc., and has a high level of product awareness
2. Understanding market trends enables introduction of new products to customers
3. Willing to develop new customers, explore new channels, and actively engage in sales
